1. 1-day, remote course: Introduction to Obsolescence Management – the basics.
This course will introduce you to the basics of obsolescence; Terminology, Standards, Component Life-Cycle, Supplier Product Change Notices, etc…

2. 3-day, remote course: Obsolescence Management – in depth knowledge.
Includes information from Basics course.
Investigate the mitigations that can be planned to resolve obsolescence issues.

(This course can be used as a preliminary to a formal IIOM accreditation course which can lead to acceptance as an Associate to that organisation).
Membership of IIOM is recommended.

3. 1-day, remote course: Counterfeit Avoidance and Detection – the basics.
The prevalence of counterfeit components, how they enter the supply chain, and what can be done to minimise the possibility of their being introduced into your products.

4. Company courses available as above but on requested schedule.
For 5 or more participants on a schedule of your choosing.

6. Auditing of Sub-Contractors and Suppliers for Obsolescence Management Planning
Do you ensure your sub-contractors and suppliers conduct their own Obsolescence Management Plan to protect their, and therefore your own products?
We will conduct annual audits to ensure that they meet the standards you require of them.
